Ok my uncle is a home builder in the metro Atlanta area, due to the credit and real estate market he is struggling to sell 4 new homes he built. He recently asked me to find out about private investors that might want an opportunity to buy out the houses. So my question is: Where can I find investors and how do I get in contact with them? I have an adult film business seeking investment. I hired someone who has been successful with finding mainstream investors in the past, but he has had no success finding capital for an adult business. Any ideas are welcome.
