I'm seeing a doctor/nurse tomorrow, and I'd like to know how to ask - among the physical health questions - about depression. I suspect that I might be depressed, and I want to know. I find it really hard to just bluntly ask it, how do you suggest that I bring up the subject? Have you got any experiences on the matter?

I have an object, lets imagine a pencil. I drop it from a great height. This pencil hits the side of a table about three inches from the center of mass at 10 in/sec, causing it to rotate and bounce off. I just bought a manual transmission car, but I don't have any experience driving it. I'm missing my first day of class because I don't feel comfortable driving in crazy Houston traffic to get to school. How long did it take for you that know how to work a manual shift vehicle? I'm good once I'm rolling, my problem is just getting rolling quicker, smoother, and consistently without stalling the engine at a green light. Could you guys give me some good tips that helped you learn?

I am on the XC team, I was really good last year, but I got injured and have been running really slowly this summer. My knee is pretty much back to normal, but because of my slow training, I am unable to keep up with the runners on my team who I was always able to keep up with before the injury. How long should it take me to be back to where I was/ do you have any ideas of what workouts I should do to be a faster runner? Thanks please answer I am freaking out! I have a Motorola cellphone by Verizon Wireless that plays music and videos. The only thing is it uses a memory card but I don't have one and I don't have a data cord either. It only came with a bluetooth headset. I want to download videos and music to my phone but I don't know how. I thought about making a data cord by taking two cords and connecting them together to be able to connect the phone to the computer. Is that possible and do you have any ideas or tips?

I used double sided tape last year in my dorm and it ripped part of the paint and wall off and I had to pay for the damage. I am not sure if the hooks that don't use nails will hold it and I am not quite sure how to hang it up with those hooks since there is no wire in the back. I am hoping to have minimal damage to the walls in my apartment.
